Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all! Most of our clients provide us with a key or entry code. We ensure your home is locked and secure when we leave.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we provide all high-quality, eco-friendly supplies and industrial-strength vacuums. If you prefer us to use a specific product you own, just let us know!
How do you handle pets?
We love pets! Our products are non-toxic and safe for them. We just ask that you let us know if they need to be kept in a specific room while we work.
Can I skip or reschedule a booking?
Yes, we offer flexible scheduling. You can reschedule or cancel any appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without any penalty.
